This Privacy Policy explains how Ememart Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ZeeShop, our shop and inventory management application ("the App").

1. Who we are

ZeeShop is developed and operated by Ememart Solutions, based in Nnewi, Anambra State, Nigeria.

2. Information we collect

• Business account information: shop name, staff names, and PIN-based login credentials created by the shop owner
• Operational data entered into the App: inventory records, stock batches and expiry dates, supplier details, purchase and payment records, and sales data
• Customer contact details a shop owner chooses to store within the App (e.g. name, phone number) for their own record-keeping, such as credit or invoice reminders
• Basic technical data such as device type and app usage logs, used for maintaining and improving the App

3. How we use information

• To operate core App features: inventory tracking, supplier and sales records, staff access management
• To allow shop owners to send optional SMS reminders to their own customers (e.g. payment due dates)
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App
• To provide customer support when requested

4. Data storage and security

App data is stored using Supabase, a secured cloud database provider. Access to each shop's data is restricted to that shop's authorized staff via PIN-based login. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell business or customer data to third parties. Data may be shared only：

• With service providers who help us operate the App (such as our hosting and database providers), solely to provide the service
• When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ememart Solutions, our users, or others

6. Data retention

Business and operational data remains stored for as long as the shop account is active, or until the account holder requests deletion.

7. Your rights

Shop owners may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their business's data by contacting us using the details below.

7a. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your ZeeShop account and business data directly from within the app, with no need to contact support:

1. Open the ZeeShop app and log in as the business Owner
2. Go to More → Settings
3. Scroll to Delete Business and follow the confirmation steps

Submitting this request immediately signs out everyone on the account. Your data is then permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you can contact us to cancel the deletion if you change your mind. This delay exists to protect against accidental or unauthorized deletion requests.

If you no longer have access to the app (for example, a lost phone or a forgotten password with no recovery email on file), email us at Help@ememart.com from the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion manually.

8. Children's privacy

ZeeShop is a business tool intended for shop owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
